EnvoTech MARK II Series for the processing
of industrial contaminated waste water
Field of use
Envotech plants clean/separate water of all sorts, where water is the
main constituent.
Among others, they are today implemented in the following areas of use:
- Contaminated water from alkaline degreasing
- Cooling/lubricating agents
- Rinsing waters from surface processing
- Contaminated water that contains oils
- Teflon and heavy metals wash water
Results
-
The contaminated water is separated into a distillate
(clean water) and the remaining waste concentrate, which amounts to
only 2-15% of the original quantity.
-
Distilled water is so effectively prepared that it
can be used once more or can be released into sewage.
-
The quality of distillates is controlled by Envotech
and an independent laboratory. This is achieved through close cooperation
with the buyer and in keeping with the ecological regulations that
are in force.
Favourable economy
Envotech systems are optimised for minimal use of power, using around
25 kWh per tone of contaminated water.
Detailed basis for deciding
To produce the best possible basis for deciding, detailed investigations
are carried out prior to delivery.
Investigations are divided into different phases.
Firstly, a test analysis of waste water of around 1 litre is carried
in the EnvoTech laboratory. After this, an investigation is undertaken
and the following is ascertained:
- The purity of the distillate. An analysis from an independent, recognised
laboratory documents the quality of the treated water
- It is possible to have an increase in the concentration, or
the proportion of the concentrates in the contaminated water
- Further operational parameters, such as the actual capacity
Furthermore, we are happy to work out the cost-effectiveness in your
case. If you have special requests in terms of capacity, materials and
the other, we will design a special solution for you.
Series EnvoTech MARK II
- High degree of separation
- Low energy consumption
- Clean water which can be used once more,
or be released into sewage system
- Compact design and simple installation
- Uninterrupted, automatic operation
- Simple maintenance
Examples that demonstrate the advantages
of implementing
the EnvoTech systems
- Volvo personal vehicle AB in Sweden is treated with
one EnvoTech Mark II system type 0320 the contaminated water from production
that mostly consists of materials for the cooling/lubrication
- Grundfos A/S Danska has two EnvoTech Mark II 0320
systems. They are directly connected with washing systems that are in
operation continuously.
- Zagrebpetrol has EnvoTech
Mark II 0040 system for treatment of water contaminated in the process
of chemical cleaning of the tanks. The contaminated water, among other
things, contains degreasing agents and oils.
- Sprut & Brann from Sweden
treat the same from alkaline degreasing using the EnvoTech Mark II 0500
system
- Made from stainless steel
- Including the separation of oil according to the coalescence principle
- Including automatic cleaning
- Built in pumps for contaminated water, concentrate and distillate
- Frequency regulation of the compressor motor
